Leadership in a new era of work is defined by adaptation, flexibility, innovation, and creativity. Modern leaders must be both inclusive and responsive to the needs of those they lead and the communities they serve. Most importantly, they must be true and authentic to themselves.
Lachandra shared stories about her own journey of self-love, empowerment, and courage, as well as strategies to help attendees become more confident in being exactly the person and leaders they need to be.
